Peterson Connect

Doesn't launch. Extension is on Chrome but doesn't activate.

I paid good money for the sweetened tuning configurations. At first I had no problem with the tuner connecting while in Chrome OS. Now, it connected long enough just to reset the device to factory configuration. I have tried several cables that I know handle data by USB. What has happened here? I am very disappointed.

Accessing the features of a product that I already paid good money for should not also require giving up my privacy. There is no reason Peterson should ever need my address, phone number and email just so I can configure the device to suit my preferences. Disgusting.

Will not launch. Tried with two different stroboPLUS HD devices and still getting 'no device connected'. Wanted to upgrade for metronome but doesn't seem to be any other option other than via the connect extension/app. Doesn't seem to be any resolution or support for this.

Unable to connect via my W10 desktop.

It wont run and I can no longer connect to my Strobo+HD.

Wont stay connected....

UPDATE: Added 2 more stars, finally got tuner to stay connected long enough to change settings. Not a very intuitive process though. Now that it's set where I want, hopefully won't need to use Connect too many more times.
