Whether you're a community member, creator, or admin — this extension makes Skool better. FEATURES FOR EVERYONE Dark / Light Mode Toggle One-click theme switch right in your navbar. No more digging through settings — just click the sun/moon icon to toggle instantly. Focus Mode Hide all notification badges and suppress browser notifications with a single click. Stay in the zone and catch up later when you're ready. Blur Mode Instantly blur all profile pictures and usernames for privacy-safe screenshots and screen sharing. Your own profile stays visible. Bookmarks Save any post, lesson, or comment to a personal bookmark sidebar. Drag and drop to reorder, click to jump directly to content. Persists across sessions. Calendar Sidebar View upcoming events from all your Skool communities in one chronological sidebar. Filter by community, search, and jump to events with one click. Event Reminders Get a browser notification before any upcoming community event starts. Set your preferred lead time (1–1440 minutes) and never miss an event again. Bold Text Button Add real bold formatting to Skool posts and comments using Unicode bold characters. Select text, click B (or Ctrl+B), done. Read Post Fading Already-read posts automatically fade to 50% opacity, so new content visually pops in your feed. Hover to restore full visibility. Unread Filter One-click button to hide all read posts and show only unread content. Perfect for busy communities. Pin Panels Lock the Notifications or Chat panel to the side of your screen so it stays open while you navigate Skool. Browser Notifications Get instant Browser notifications for new DMs, Skool notifications, and group chat messages. Each notification type has its own toggle. Automatically suppressed when Focus Mode is active. Group Chat End-to-end encrypted group messaging right inside Skool. Create groups, invite members via link, and chat in real time. Includes an emoji picker, read receipts with three-level checkmarks (sent, delivered, read), member avatars, and unread badges. Messages are encrypted with AES-256-GCM — only group members can read them. Load older messages with pagination and enjoy instant group list loading from cache. Wide Chat Automatically expand the Skool chat window to full width for a more comfortable messaging experience. Toggle on or off in the Chat Features section of the settings panel. Paid Members Filter Filter any community's member list to show only paid members (monthly, annual, and one-time). Available as a quick-select option in the Members Panel. Community Stats See extended community metrics (rank, daily growth, affiliate %) right on the community page, pulled from an external ranking API. Right-Click Quick Actions Context-sensitive right-click menus on key elements: export calendar events to Google, Apple, Outlook, Outlook.com, or Yahoo; jump to notification settings from the bell icon; edit categories directly from feed chips (admin only); edit your bio from any profile page; open community settings from the pinned groups sidebar. All right-click menus can be globally enabled or disabled in the settings panel. Cloud Sync Sync your extension settings, bookmarks, member tags, and text templates across browsers and devices. Everything is end-to-end encrypted with a passphrase that only you know — your data is never stored in plain text. Restore your full setup on a new browser in seconds. Video Messages Record and send short video messages in DMs and post comments. Hover over the microphone button to reveal a camera badge, click it to switch to video mode, then record with a live preview and timer. The recording is automatically attached and sent through Skool's native file system. Supports up to 10 minutes, adapts to dark/light mode, and can be toggled independently from voice messages. Activity Flame Track your daily activity with an animated flame icon in the toolbar. A ring of 10 segments fills up as you post, comment, and interact throughout the day. Click the flame to refresh your count and watch a satisfying fire animation — hit 10/10 for a confetti celebration. Helps you stay engaged and build consistency. Community Stream A live sidebar showing recent posts from your Skool communities. Select which communities to follow, and the stream auto-refreshes every 3 minutes. Posts display the author, title, preview, time, and community name. Mark posts as read, pin the sidebar to keep it open, and click any post to jump directly to it. Toggle on or off in the Tools section of settings. FEATURES FOR ADMINS Admin Stats Display key business metrics (MRR, Retention, Conversion, Visitors, and more) directly on your community's About page. Fully configurable — choose which metrics to show and drag to reorder. Members Panel A searchable sidebar listing all community members with avatar, name, role badge, and activity timestamps. Sort by name, level, last active, or join date. Use include/exclude filters for precise member selection — including paid members, free trials, VIP, level-based, and pipeline status filters. Bulk-assign tags to all filtered members with one click. Chat or visit any member's profile with one click. Pin the panel to keep it open while browsing. Mass DM Send personalized direct messages to multiple members at once from the Members Panel. Use variables like #NAME#, #FULLNAME#, #EMAIL#, #LEVEL#, and more to customize each message automatically. Pause, resume, or cancel sending at any time. All sent messages are tracked in the CRM timeline for each recipient. Copy to Module Duplicate any lesson — including its video — into another module with just a few clicks from the lesson's 3-dot menu. Sales Pipeline Track members through your sales funnel with fully customizable statuses. Create, rename, recolor, and reorder pipeline stages, then assign members via the Members Panel or right-click context menu. A Kanban-style board gives you a visual overview — drag members between columns, filter by community, and see all assignments at a glance. Pipeline status badges appear next to member names across the platform. Activity history tracks every status change per member. Synced via Cloud Sync. Calendar Helpers Hover over any day in the calendar grid to reveal a quick-create button. Click it to open the native event modal with the correct date pre-selected and duration automatically set to 1 hour. CRM Store detailed contact information for each member — phone, company, deal value, follow-up date, email, and notes. Add unlimited custom fields for any data you need. Set follow-up dates with automatic overdue indicators on pipeline cards. View join request survey answers and the location from which a member applied. All CRM data is stored locally in your browser for privacy. AI CHATBOT AI Chatbot (Community-specific) A context-aware AI assistant embedded in enabled communities.
