Material Design for Chrome

Simple material design for chrome; made for very high display resolutions. (Resolution: 2560 x 1600) *Edit: Thank you for all the constructive criticism on the previous version! I will take all of your thoughts into account and I appreciate those who leave precise and constructive comments. (Saying: booh, and giving 1 star just won't help anyone) I am doing this for fun and am willing to improve and provide you guys true material design in the future. For now though, I will keep posting things that may indeed seem like "too much" and that are not to everyone's taste. Please just ignore these. Some people actually like the design as it fits with their current mood, no matter how weird the colors, and they should be more than welcome to use this, or any of my future themes.
