在 YouTube 视频页面获取原始字幕，并使用用户自己的 OpenAI API Key 进行翻译，生成并显示双语字幕。
主要功能：
- 自动读取 YouTube 视频字幕
- 使用用户自有 OpenAI API Key 进行翻译
- 在视频页面叠加显示双语字幕
- 支持字幕缓存与显示设置
适用场景：
- 外语学习
- 双语对照观看视频
- 提高英文视频理解效率
使用方式：
1. 打开 YouTube 视频页面
2. 在扩展弹窗中配置 OpenAI API Key
3. 获取字幕并开始翻译
4. 在页面中查看双语字幕
说明：
- 扩展仅在 YouTube 页面生效
- 翻译请求通过用户配置的 OpenAI 接口完成
- API Key 与设置保存在浏览器本地存储中
