Gantter Project Management

Paid for 12 months and used for an hour. Said I would pay for a month but no refund. You cannot adjust the print parameters which is garbage. Used smartsheet and way better.

I bought the license, but now it is impossible to cancel the subscription. Please be aware of that.

Comes across as free in the Google Store. That installation does not get beyond the login page. The Gantter web site says 30 days free then $5 per month. But once it was installed it requires your credit card information before you can do anything. Fine, because you know they want to debit the card on day 30, one thinks. But my card was hit before I had opened my first project. This is a bit rude.

Found it to be terribly unusable. Why cant I set something for 12pm for the love of god. Why cant I set the gantt chart to only view one day without having to zoom in...

I might have installed, might be not. Can't see it, cannot use it. Hence it is useless.

Advertised as Free, suddenly with 30 day trial. Task start/finish can only be set loosely around the date I want them to be. Input via calendar pop up, are completely ignored.

Had me until I read "Customer’s Data will be stored outside of the Service and by Google within its service. Customer may only look to Google regarding any Customer Data stored outside of the Service.” This statement killed my use from a legal perspective. Then saw $5 per User. Might as well spend a little more to get a better app.

This software presented itself as a free alternative to MS Project. Now after creating dozens of schedules and investing significant time the company has decided to eliminate the free version. This is a bait and switch, no question. Our company already pays for MS Project and will not pay for another project tool. This was convenient for us because of the web access but we will dropping it.

it was always limited but ok to use. now since the "upgrade" hundreds of hours of work are no longer accessable. The program runs super slow changing a link will take you a good 30 seconds or so if it manages to stay connected at all. when you open a project every sub-task is open as well... but dont try rolling them up as it will take some time to close even one if it doesnt crash the system. going back to MS Project 2000

I really have spent a lot of time recently building a project plan and WITHOUT NOTICE is suddenly a paid app. I don't mind paying, but I seriously object to NO NOTICE. Very unprofessional.

Again with the bait and switch. No warning no feedback, no major improvements that are needed by most users... I would be glad to pay $5 a year for a single user and not $50 a year for a team with all the collaboration tools...

What did I miss? Use this app because it is free. Now all of a sudden, it became paid app.

after upgrade to paid version my old project doesn't open and the upgrade was done without any warning!

beware "bait-and-switch" business. app was freely available and then, out of the blue, forced an app upgrade with a 30 day free trial and after that you need to pay. Moreover, the forced upgrade broke all my project plans... :( very unprofessional. I am going back to MS Project, like the rest of my organization.

Not working at all, the only message I get is "The service is unavailable.", and whenever it opens, the chart jumps from one side to the other, there is a problem with the scrolling.

extensions doesn't work

I have had problems with Gantter randomly removing data in cells. I can save, and later when I open the file, there are missing lines. It also happens if you use an action, eg) move up/move down or undo. I do not like Gantter at all.

No longer appears to be supported and seems rife with bugs. No recent posts on the FB page for Gantter or their parent company. Such a shame.

This is the most invasive app I see. It wants to be a Virtual Big Brother to gather from use on your tasks all the way to the File and Folder names.

This app regularly corrupts data with standard usage. I had version control and auto-save on -- it was happily saving versions - screen looked good - yet every version corrupted. After multiple tries from scratch in new browser - I'm about through

Impossible to do simple things like change task end-date.

This was pretty much unusable for me. I imported a reasonably large (~750 task) project from Microsoft Project and found that (a) it had imported all of the tasks with lags of around 95 days, (b) didn't provide anyway to edit tasks directly in the grid ala Project and (c) was INCREDIBLY slow - making an edit in the pop up task pane took about 20 seconds to save. I thought it had actually crashed, but no, it was just taking ages. Bzzzzzzt

Nice app. Unfortunately, after a couple hours of work I closed the window and was never able to open the file again. I had auto save on but that's not the prob, it just wont open at all. "Opening the project from Google Drive, please wait..." and wait, and wait, and wait...

Every time I enter and save a new resource the height of the field is too short. That means I can only view them in the gantt view or the resource view, the characters aren't displayed properly I've tried searching for help in their Help section and nada. It's frustrating beyond words!

Doesn't work in the newest chrome and doesn't work with Google Drive and mpp files. It is just an attempt to gain access to all your google drive files.

Can only add the columns that re are already named. This program is not customizable. Deal Breaker for me. Help department is 5 years behind on responding to help questions. 5 Years. 5..... years...... Wow.

Does not work. You set a date and it choose a different date. Try to drag the date - and it jumps to another.

A little clunky, but once I started getting a "circular reference" warning, my big gantt never worked again. Lost exerything. I can't export or anything. I Contacted Gantter several times requesting help. It must be over a year now and I haven't heard a thing from them. Sadly, I wasted many days working on this Gantt. and Gantter hung me out to dry.

Not user friendly. Couldn't rename the columns to reflect my needs. Couldn't customize. Couldn't understand the calendar area.

Just didn't work. Couldn't set dates properly, view was jumpy and laggy. Ick.

No good, will not load a very simple MSProject file. Very disappointing, especially as it advertises that it is something to do with Google Drive. Deleted

Hated it. Doesn't let me book time over the weekends. I followed the help guide. Set them to allow it, still doesn't work. Also took hours to work all that out (and I am an MS Project user!)

I paid for Gantter for Desktop (charged my card) and I can not download the program after multiple attemps --- I have gotten no response from customer service either. At this stage it gets 1 star for taking my money and proving no product.
