YouTube Transcript Summarizer This extension allows users to copy a YouTube video transcript to their clipboard or automatically paste that transcript into their preferred AI chatbot for a summary. Supported AI Services: - ChatGPT - Claude - Microsoft Copilot - Perplexity - Grok Features: - Copy Transcript: Copies the full video transcript with timestamps to your clipboard - Summarize with AI: Opens your selected AI service and automatically pastes the transcript with a summarization prompt - Multiple AI Options: Choose your preferred AI service from the settings dropdown - Custom Prompts: Select from preset prompts (Quick TL;DR, Bullet Points, Action Items) or create your own - Smart Chunking: Automatically splits long transcripts into multiple messages for AI services with character limits The extension adds buttons to the YouTube interface for easy access to these features. Click the settings button (⋮) to change your AI service or customize your summarization prompt.
