I would give this a zero if I could. Terrible service. I am trying to track a package which was supposed to be delivered on Friday. This is Sunday. Not delivered. I want to see if you deliver on Sunday. It is impossible to get an answer. The package is a registered letter with a check for a deposit. I will NEVER use UPS again for this sort of transaction!

Set up is confusing. I've tried several times and the bubble that says to click on something at the next bubble. The bubble disappears before I can click on anything. Someone needs to test drive this.

This sucks -- just give me thie information over the web page...this is wasting my time and insulting...yet another reason to move away from UPS

All I want to do is track my package and your system is impossible. On top of that I was told i have to pay $5.

Extension freezes- giving up after multiple attempts

Absolutely ridiculous, cannot get the tracking results and my package is 5 days late. Where can I get help!!!!
