Useless, you can not do anything after installing

Bought the one time premium. A day later it's not working anymore.

API Throttled on the paid plan.

free version is completely useless

It is not made clear before downloading that this is a) a paid service and b) no longer being maintained.

No longer working. The developer is charging for an extension that they don't maintain.....that's not fair at all. What are you gonna do about being more active and fair to the users that paid and support your extensions?

Payment system not working in India. I used to take a 6-month subscription, which ended last month. Now, when I try to subscribe again, it is not working with Stripe. No Indian credit card or debit card works.

does not work any more since one week. FB will not load when extension installed. As soon as I deinstall the extension, FB works properly again. The same happens on chrome and edge.

So, you decided to nearly double the FB photos extension without warning?! you're RIP OFF merchants obviously! I've cancelled my sub, as I could barely afford £3 - you're not getting any more out of me!!!

limited to 300, this should be mentioned at the top of the description. Use tampermonkey script instead.

Everything functions correctly, except the 'caption into a .txt file' option remains active even when it is set to disabled.

Is just a test not an extension per se. If you want the real product you have to pay. This should have been explained beforehand, instead the first thing on the page is "Bulk-download all photos", but nop, it's just 300, it is "all" only if you pay beforehand.

Terrible, It only downloads 300 images and then you have to pay for it. Garbage.

SCAM! THEY STOLE MY MONEY!! I paid for a pro license in August and they revoked my access the next month, but they continued to take my monthly payments every month. We are now in December, I still do NOT have access to the product I paid for, and ESUIT continue to take monthly payments and steal my money during 4 months. I have contacted the developer FOUR TIMES he never answered any emails.

I could not make it work for me. Poor interface, hard to use. Gave up and on contacting developer I was informed that no refund was available to me and I was invited to file a dispute with Paypal.

Why, I can't download my fakebook story highlights?

Not making it clear it's a paid tool. Only after install, and attempting to start a download, it informs you that you can only download 50 photos. Fine, but be up front about it.

Don't buy paid version. These guys don't answer emails or fb messages. I am keep sending them error codes in their email from my email tanjiseo@gmail.com and from my Facebook profile but they haven't replied in last 3 days. GREAT app but pathetic support team.

Useless, limited, want you to log in etc. Just skip this and look for another tool.

Log in with Google, otherwise do nothing. After logging in also does nothing, only asking for upgrade for a Premium plan...

Just continues getting worse. Keeps locking previously available features behind subscription. First restricted file naming behind subscription. Then limited downloads to 50 photos. Many profiles have much more photos than 300. No matter of private usage vs commercial usage bad excuse. Previously was able to download profiles with more than 300 photos with filename formatted as date but this is not possible anymore.

i used to love this extension but now they're asking you to pay to use the same features that used to be free so i uninstalled it

pure scam. installed and require access to gmail data via login, then cannot download a single thing, because i must pay. before even see if it works. then on "pricing" plan is free version, but cannot choose it, only paid. guy, just write that you want money and sell gmail data , dont bother with coding.

It was good will it lasted - but between the downgrades of functionality (such as file naming options); excessive paywall (while compared to the functionality of the extension) with a pricing model, which makes it outright prohibitively expensive for a significant portion of the world; questionable (to say the least) justifications for said monetization; questionable amount of permissions it now wants compared to what was required by earlier versions, signup with Google and rather extensive data collection outlined by their privacy policy (despite now having paid version), all of which creates privacy and security concerns, this now warrants only the lowest possible rating. It's also quite a dishonest practice to build the user base using the free model, and then bait & switch with a change to paywalled model - instead of being upfront with plans for monetizing the extension. Time for uninstall I guess.

They put paywall now. They will use manipulative language to deny this, but we all know they put paywall now. This is useless now.

Hate the paywall & removal of functionalities which earlier versions had. Will give at least 3 stars back if developer agree to increase to 5000 images as limit instead of current 500 images.

Why did you make this app not free?

Yeah, this isn't free. If I wanted to pay for this, then I can right click every photo too. Plenty other free alternatives available.

I want to give it 5 stars, I really do, but everyone nowadays wants to charge you a monthly fee for a "service", limited to 300 images on free use. The fact that they charge a monthly fee means that in my mind it cannot be over 3 stars for questionable business practices. Other than that, the app works very well while it works, very fast and easy to use, just a shame that it resorted to that. I recommend another free alternative, don't waste your money, you already have other expenses and monthly fees.
