I’m extremely frustrated that I can’t find a clear way to cancel my subscription. The option to manage or cancel it seems hidden or unavailable, which feels misleading and potentially unethical. The process should be transparent and straightforward, but instead it feels intentionally difficult and suspicious. USERS BEWARE!! Update: I was also charged twice every month and the Superpower dashboard shows only one transaction - More Fraud!

Does not work at all. Does not allow you to create even a folder and then tells you that you have reached your limit for folder creation. This is just a push to get you to pay for the unlocked version. WHICH IS WAY OVER PRICED AND BY THE IMMEDIATE FAILURE OF THE FREE VERSION ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH MY CONSIDERATION OR MONEY. Don't be fooled by 5 star bots. This gimmick does not work.

The extension deleted all my chats after installing it. Even removing it didn't bring back my chats. on top of that annoying, repetitive and misleading popups to upgrade making you think it's ChatGPT, but in fact it's them promoting their extension. This is pretty much a scam. Beware. Do not give them your card info. Edit: I want to update my previous review and apologize to the developer. After looking into it more carefully, I realized the issue was caused by my own mistake. I accidentally selected all chats instead of a single one and then deleted them myself, thinking I was only removing one conversation. The extension itself did not delete my chats automatically, and my initial reaction was too harsh. That’s on me. I appreciate the developer’s calm and professional response and their willingness to help. The extension offers useful features, and the support approach deserves credit. Updating my rating to 4 stars.

Free version only allows about 4 or 5 folders, making it unusable even as a trial.

Website says chats don't leave the browser but there are numerous calls to an https://api.wfh.team to the following endpoints: /gptx/register/ /gptx/check-has-subscription/ /gptx/add-conversations/ /gptx/add-conversation/ /gptx/add-textdocs/ /gptx/delete-conversations/, /archive-conversations/, etc. /gptx/add-gallery-images/ /gptx/upload-image-to-gallery/ /gptx/add-prompts/, /delete-prompts/, etc. /gptx/update-app-screenshot/ /gptx/add-gizmos/, /update-gizmo-metrics/, etc. Why are these calls being made and why are they saving the conversations, gallery and pdfs?

Rich features, poor UX

Unless someone tells me different. Upon installing this app it deleted all my chat threads outside of projects. Not impressed, even dangerous. I look forward to a solution!

For small jobs, it's been amazing, but for more complicated, long-form jobs, which I'm trying to achieve, it's been dreadful. Error after error for the past three months!

I think its a potential good tool but there is a major flaw / bug in this app. When cleaning / archiving all the chats strange things happening. When selecting it suddenly de-selects so u can startover again. When deleting, he suddenly deleted all the conversations instead of the selected. And i'm sure i did nothing wrong. So i lost everything. And i'm very upset about it.

I was misled by a pop-up inside the official ChatGPT interface promoting an “upgrade” that looked like it was part of OpenAI’s GPT-4/Plus service. It wasn’t. Superpower ChatGPT is a third-party browser extension, and not affiliated with OpenAI in any way. OpenAI confirmed these pop-ups are unauthorized — yet Superpower ChatGPT promote an upgrade offer that seemed to enhance ChatGPT Pro experience. I immediately requested a refund, but their support refused and ignored all follow-ups, hiding behind a “no refund” policy despite the misleading sale. Extremely deceptive. Even after offering to pay for just one month and cancel the annual subscription, I was ignored. This is deceptive marketing, zero accountability, and a deliberate abuse of user trust. Total scam behavior. No transparence, no customer-friendly, and it misleads users into purchasing something they think is official, but is not. Consumers deserve better protection and transparency —this company needs to be held accountable.

Do not trust them, they are very cheap, only work for money, and if you will give real feedback which is against of what they are propogating, they will threaten you that - they will not give any support if you will not remove the feedback, this product is fully buggy - not working the reference the chat option properly, as i tried to do it couple of times, but its waste of money, rather than that there are lots of extention available in the market which is giving services in free of cost for exporting the chat and then attaching in a new chat window, so i will highly say do not use this product, as it is buggy.

I can see its complete cheat - they dont have option for chrome - currently only supporting one brwoser i.e. Chrome and also if you purchase it - and you dont like it - they will simply not refund you - like other app where if you dont like it - you have option to get refund - i will say - this is useless as you cant just go blindly - you need some trust as well before you purchasing.

I regret ever trusting this extension and its so-called developer. After paying $15, the extension stopped working within two days. I reached out to the developer via Discord, only to be told that he wanted a call to “solve” the issue. As the CEO of a company, I cannot waste time scheduling calls over a $15 extension. I politely requested a refund instead and followed up with two emails — both completely ignored. His response? He removed me from Discord without even acknowledging my messages. This developer is the epitome of a very small man — someone who desperately clings to $15, even going so far as to tell me "buy me a pizza" in his extension. Truly pitiful behavior. I urge everyone: do not buy, pay for, or use any products made by such an unprofessional individual. When you encounter problems, not only will you not be refunded — you won't even receive the basic decency of a reply. This is not the behavior of a developer, a CEO, or even a self-made entrepreneur. It's the behavior of a child. And to the developer: shame on you.

Good, but I wish there was a single tutorial video for the app. I've seen the youtube channel and there are dozens of videos. I'm not seeing that all, I don't even know what things can or can't do

Very slow and slows down chatgpt so much. 9 times out of 10 it doesn't load the side list. I disabled the daily newsletter and it keeps going out....

This extension does not add that much to the AI. It does let you export chats and organize them. However, I found it disturbing that it started sending me emails on an address I did not provide. Not a fan.

I have opted out of leaving a review over a dozen times now but I keep getting the annoying popup while I am in the middle of working! And even after leaving this review I get the pop ups! I and definitely uninstalling! Could be great, but I'll never know.

They just started cutting of the free version to force you to buy premium, not a problem at itself but just show the intention for the future. Overpriced premium with all or nothing option. Just another greedy app with questionable data collection. Your free version still provide a bit value but I'm already looking for alternatives.

This is strange what the Developer of this extension thinks ? You're asking money for basically everything. You're asking money to browse through gpts. That is actually free via the official link. You're asking upgraded plan to change wise. That is also free from the settings. What are you actually doing? If you're doing something that is really useful and cannot be done directly for that you can charge. That is fine.

I bought this extension by mistake thinking I was buying a ChatGPT annual subscription. Everything on the page was similar to ChatGPT. I noticed the situation when my ChatGPT subscription ended 10 days later. I wrote to them through many channels but I did not get any response. Please refund my money. I stopped using this extension but it still trying to charge me for PRO subscription, which I didn't even tried to get. First time it made this while I slept, but one of laptops was online, after I found this - I removed this extension from all laptops I have, but it not changed a thing. today it tried to charge me again for subscription I didn't even asked to have. moreover, I didn't provided my card details to this extension. Giving one star because when I get a promotional pop-up to upgrade to the pro, the "Dont Ask Me Again" tick box NEVER works. I get pop ups every few days, and it's really annoying. Update, just 14 hours later I get the same pop up, even though I've already left this review. It's really annoying.

Ignore most of these 5 star reviews, they are just trying to win a free year subscription. When you ask for reviews like that, you are going to get a bunch of fake reviews. I am giving it 1 stars for that reason alone, otherwise, I would have given it 3 stars. I used to give it 4 but the main reason I used it was for the folders, and they make you pay for that feature now. I am not going to lie for a free subscription, so there you go. Any new reviews from the past few days, are trying to win something. Ignore them.

This is the most appalling, deceitful company I’ve ever encountered. They prey on unsuspecting customers with scam pop-ups designed to trick you into thinking they’re legitimate. Their shady practices during what should be trusted sessions are absolutely disgusting. Once they’ve got your payment information, good luck—there’s no way to delete your credit card details, and they’ll keep charging you without consent. Refund? Forget it. Customer service? Nonexistent. They’re nothing but thieves hiding behind a facade of credibility. Avoid this scam at all costs unless you enjoy being ripped off and treated like a fool. The lack of accountability and transparency here is infuriating. Absolute garbage. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Annoying pop-up to review this addon (showing up around every hour). This pop-up has a "do not ask again" checkbox but it does Not work at all (for sure). I hope it will be fixed and it is not a gray pattern.

How this gets anything more than a star is beyond me. Sure it has tons of features, except the one that is likely the most important for average user, is proper Search: it searches by exact match of the whole expression. Eg if you type "python interview" it will only find conversations that have "python interview" not "interview ... python" etc. It should also rank search results by relevance eg based on the number of hits of the words in each result (and it should give the count for each eg a post with 1x interview but 10x python vs 1x python but 10x interview might help me find results faster).

Very terrible extension. It only keeps your discussions trapped in folders that you need to remove or cannot access. two folders 1 in place of the other "max folders reached" message, which prevents me from even opening the folder. Quite depressing

Unfortunately, the Auto Sync feature that made it possible to back up all conversations was moved to a paid plan and removed from the free version. Therefore, I will now uninstall the extension and look for an alternative.

We really need back the model selector, one of the most useful features was removed.

What happened to my folders? :-(... I mean, what's the point then? A better world ago/Once upon a last week, I could easily view my folders neatly arrange on the left. That was what brought to me this extension in the first place. You took it away with no warning. Not cool.

latest update has made this unusable. The organization features are hidden away and take a while to load. Had a random pop-up too with video/newsletter for AI news. Never had that happen before. Really disappointing

ALL MY FOLDERS ARE GONE! Have to create new ones and they dont show up in the side bar. They have been moved to a very not useful place and The "NEW" Folders are very slow at showing what conversations are in them. Seriously this may be the worst update to an awesome extension that is now pretty much useless.

This was a fantastic plugin for ChatGPT until v.7.0.2 when all the best features - search, folders, chat management tools - got stripped out for premium only. Now it's kind of useless for me. Uninstalling it.

Why the model selector was removed? I can't choose how many of my chats I want to store in the search feature?

Features are nice but performance is very slow, especially if with 500 conversations syncd. It can take a long time to open up chatgpt. So much so that for quick queries I avoid it. Or I turn off superpower, and only turn it on if I need to go search for a conversation. I'm going to try one of the others, as this performance issue makes it unusable for most times I open chatgpt
