Hide Discord Channel List

Adds a button to show/hide the Discord channel list. By being able to show/hide the channel list, you can use Discord in a smaller window size and make better use of the window. The button color will also change to match the theme, so it will blend in seamlessly with Discord. You can show/hide the channel list by clicking the "☰" in the upper right corner of the screen.
